Use this page when you need help with account access, billing, license keys, desktop activations, downloads, privacy requests, security reports, or production website issues.

How to get help
Email support@conduitstudioapp.com with the account email, the page or app area involved, and a short description of what happened.
For billing questions, include the Stripe receipt email or invoice identifier if available. Do not send full card numbers or private keys.
If you are making a privacy request, say whether you are asking for access, correction, deletion, or another account-data change.
Account and license issues
For sign-in, subscription, license key, or desktop activation problems, include the account email and whether the issue is happening on production or staging.
If a device was removed by mistake, include the account email and the approximate time it happened.
Security reports
If you believe you found a security issue, include clear reproduction steps and avoid accessing data that does not belong to you.
Security reports should not include secrets, private keys, full payment details, or unrelated personal data.
Expected response
Conduit is currently a small independent operation, so response times may vary. Billing, account access, and security issues are the highest priority.
