Close and reopen projects, use browser and desktop paths where available, and report any save, access, import, export, or account confusion.
Known limits
What not to assume yet
- The Windows installer link stays gated until final signing, install, launch, update, and reopen proof is complete.
- Human buyer confidence is still being collected, so public value claims should stay conservative.
- Browser and desktop workflows are both under beta validation; report any mismatch between the same project in each surface.
- Team and Advanced plans are not available for checkout during the controlled beta.

- Account email and whether you were using the browser app, desktop app, or website.
- The page or workspace involved, plus the exact step that failed.
- Operating system, browser, and approximate time if the issue involved login, download, installer, or billing.
- A short description or screenshot, without sending full scripts, project files, private keys, or card numbers.
